Snehal Kashyap is an accomplished LLB graduate and a dedicated art therapist with a profound commitment to social causes. For the past decade, she has been running the NGO "ये जिंदगी FOUNDATION," which focuses on various community upliftment projects.
As a designer and owner of "SNEHDHAGA," Snehal promotes exclusive handcrafted apparel created by special children, blending creativity with a noble cause. Her leadership extends to her role as President of Lions Club Nagpur Snehdhaga, where she continues to inspire and make a difference.
Her accolades include the राज्य स्तर कला गौरव पुरस्कार (2019), TOI She Fest Award (2020), and UCN Women Achievers Award (2023), celebrating her contributions to art, society, and women's empowerment.
Priyanka Abhyankar
Smt. Priyanka Abhyankar, an accomplished Kathak artist and founder of Sanskar Kathak Kendra, completed her Kathak Visharad in 1994 under the guidance of Guru Mrs. Deepa Biswas. With dedication, she established Sanskar Kathak Kendra in 1999, nurturing it into a thriving institution for the past 25 years with two branches in Nagpur and over 700 students. She is also an integral part of Sanskar Bharti, Nagpur.
She has graced numerous festivals such as Krishnamayookham Festival, Khirwadkar Smruti Samaroha, Orange City Literature Festival, Vidarbha Literature Festival, International Performing Arts Festival, Saptaranga Rashtriya Nritya Sangeet Smaroha and many more as a flagbearer of Kathak, showcasing her artistry. She has performed across India including cities like Pune, Raipur, Rajnandgaon, Jabalpur and Varanasi. She is also the recipient of Nrityamani Samman by Shree Chakradhar Kathak Kalyan Kendra, Rajnandgaon.
Additionally, Priyanka has conceptualized and choreographed dances for various theater dramas such as Krishna Bawari, Yugandhar, Har Har Gange, solidifying her prominent presence in Nagpur's dance fraternity.
She has also choreographed and Directed a dance drama "Shri Ramchandra Gatha" which has been performed at various prestigious institutes across India.
Neerja Pathania
Neerja Pathania, a trailblazing entrepreneur and founder of Innovations Solutions & Events Pvt Ltd, a company with over two decades of experience in the industry. Starting from humble beginnings in Nagpur, her business has now expanded to cater to clients all over India.
During the challenging times of the pandemic, Neerja and her seven friends founded the WE 7 Care Foundation, a noble NGO dedicated to helping the NMC in every way possible. The foundation has now grown into a force of 158 members with a mission that centers around empowering women and establishing their financial security. With a motto of "by women for women," Neerja and her team are passionately working towards creating a brighter future for women across India. In addition to her impressive business and philanthropic endeavours, Neerja is also a founding member of WANI - the Women Adventure Network of India. Now she is Treasurer and PR head of WANI. As the only trust dedicated to promoting women in adventure sports, WANI is a testament to Neerja's commitment to empowering women in all aspects of life. Adv. Smita Singalkar
Smita Sandesh Singalkar has been practicing at the High Court in Nagpur since 2007. A dedicated advocate for women's rights, she founded the "Rape Crisis Centre" to provide free legal aid to victims of rape and sexual harassment. Smita initiated the "Occupy the Men's Toilet" movement and supported the "#MeToo" movement through the Walk for Respect rally. She visits Central Jail, Nagpur, to offer pro bono legal assistance to impoverished inmates and organized the "Night Tea With Azadi" event to highlight women's safety issues. As Chairperson of the Nagpur District Local Grievance Redressal Committee, she continuously advocates for justice for women. She has also served as a Non-Governmental Member in various Internal Committees and was part of the National Commission for Women's Fact-Finding Committee. Honored as Asia's Young Leader in 2009, Smita is an accomplished writer and received the Punyashlok Ahilyabai Holkar Award for her extensive work.

RCOG international faculty for teaching on the MRCOG Enhanced revision Programme and MRCOG part 3 practical exams. Accredited by Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF- UK) for Performing NT and Doppler's. Trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Seth G.S. Medical College, Mumbai. Invited as a speaker in many regional and national conferences. New life fetal medicine and therapy centre, Dharampeth Nagpur.
She is a actively working a with NGO s working towards eradication of genetic disorders by performing procedures in fetuses to identify genetic disorders like sickle cell, thalassemia etc .

Priti Ramakrishnan, is an Entrepreneur and a Tech Leader on a Mission to “Immortalise Humans using AI”.
Professionally she is a Fellow Cost & Management Accountant and has done her Management from IIM, Indore.
She has held various leadership roles in Tech companies like CSC, Patni Computers.
In her entrepreneurial avatar Priti has Co-Founded a highly successful Cross Border M&A Bank within a’XYkno Capital, and scaled to more than 50 countries.
Currently Priti is busy building ImmverseAI from the heart of India and Silicon Valley, California, which is a start-up in the cutting edge Generative AI space and on Mission to Immortalise humans. A problem unsolved for the last thousands of years by Infusing AI into the Manuscripts and make the ancient wisdom of India truly immortal, timeless and available in just a click for generations to come.
Her research paper titled “Infusing Artificial Intelligence in the Indian Knowledge System” got the “Best Research Paper” award in a prestigious event, Vibrant Gujarat 2024.
Palakh Sethiya
Palakh Sethiya is a dynamic professional with a strong background in financial technology and computer science. She holds an MSc in Financial Technology from Imperial College Business School, London, where she specialized in areas like climate finance, blockchain, and big data. Palakh has made significant contributions as an AI Engineer at Chubb Insurance, developing innovative software to model climate change impacts. Her prior roles include Associate Director of Finance at SS Logistics, where she spearheaded major infrastructure projects, and Associate Director of Operations & Technology at HiTech Blow Moulders, where she led the implementation of automated manufacturing systems. Palakh believes in the ripple effect of simple, impactful actions—whether it's developing accessible technologies or mentoring underprivileged girls in STEM, she understands that small, meaningful contributions can lead to widespread positive change. Her work reflects this ethos, positioning her as a forward-thinking leader in the tech and finance sectors.
