In an inspiring TED Talk event, seven self-empowered women from Nagpur, who have made significant contributions across diverse fields such as industry, social work, law, healthcare, dance, and research, shared their personal journeys of self-discovery, setting a remarkable example for society. The event, titled "Being Me", was organised by "TEDx Civil Lines Women' on Thursday at the Riaan Tower, Raisoni College auditorium, Sadar, Nagpur. Dr. Mrinalini Naik, the local licensee of TEDx Civil Lines Women, organized this event with the support of Raisoni Foundation. The participants included Snehal Kashyap, a social activist; Neerja Pathania, an entrepreneur; Advocate Smita Singalkar, a High Court lawyer; Priyanka Abhyankar, a Kathak dancer; Dr Neelam Chhajed, a gynecologist; Palak Sethiya, Director of Gold Circle Ventures; and Preeti Ramakrishnan, Co-founder -ImmverseAI. Each of these women shared how they learned valuable lessons from their personal experiences, gained self-confidence during challenging times, and found inspiration to pursue something new and different. The event was graced by Curator Manjusha Joshi and Partner Dr. Amina Vali, with Dr Sakina Raghib serving as the event's anchor.
